Petal Class is a class studio in Tel Aviv. Three courses: bouquet from scratch, wedding composition, window and care. Flowers stay teaching material; we do not sell finished bouquets from a shop window.

Cut, spiral, kraft — hands at one table
In class you cut the stem at an angle, build a spiral, tie it with twine, and wrap it in kraft. School tools, Israeli seasonal flowers. Groups of up to eight. You take the finished work home — we do not take delivery orders.

The first course if you have never held secateurs. A round bouquet, a growth point, foliage, kraft. No “assemble number 12 from the catalogue” — you learn to see volume.

HOW CLASSES WORK
A studio with buckets and tables, no till for bouquets
Nachalat Binyamin 22 is a ground-floor classroom. We buy flowers for the group. If you need a bouquet this evening without a class — that is not us: we do not deliver and we do not keep a shop window for sale.
Small groups
Up to eight people at a long table. The teacher sees every hand.
You take the work
The bouquet or teaching fragment is yours. We do not keep pieces “for the school window.”
Israeli season
Ranunculus, eucalyptus, olive, local rose — what actually stands in the buckets in October.
Class language
Hebrew and English, by the group. Write in the request which language you prefer.
Three props a lesson stands on
Spiral
Stems meet at one point. Without a spiral the bouquet falls apart in a vase and in kraft.
Water
A recut, a clean bucket, studio temperature. Care is its own course, not a tip at the end.
Air
Volume must read between the blooms. The same rule on an arch and in a shop window.
Who leads the table
Four teachers. Each leads their own course, not “any salon service.”
